Requirements
Transport companies: a registered company, a D2 authorisation certificate (D2 yetki belgesi), passenger seat insurance (zorunlu koltuk sigortası) for every vehicle, and drivers who meet the driver requirements below.
Drivers: a valid driving licence for at least 3 years, an SRC2 certificate, a psychotechnical report, a clean criminal record, a smartphone with WhatsApp and good knowledge of Istanbul. English or another foreign language is a strong plus.
Vehicles: clean, non-smoking, air-conditioned, and usually no older than 8 years; vans and First Class cars no older than 5 years.
